SO! I learned something new today!!! How to pith a pomegranate. If you score a pomegranate into quarters and let it soak in a bowl of cold water, and then you seperate the quarters and rub the seeds out into the water...the seeds will float to the bottom and the pith will float to the top!!! So much easier than me raking through the fruit to get the teeny tiny seeds.
