Be an abolitionist

I am completely broke and so I haven't done much cooking lately

I DID make a pumpkin bisque which was OH so delicious! Our principals secretary, Sherry helped me with it, it seemed like it was missing something, she threw in a packet of splenda and it was perfect!
I was in such a fall mood I also made some pumpkin ginger bread for my girls gospel community. I was a little nervous because I had never tried the recipe before and i brought it over straight from the oven. A little slap of light canola oil butter and Mmmmm Mmmm good!
Did I mention I've lost 13 lbs now! Whoot! 25 left to go!  I hope to reach a loss of 20 lbs by Christmas. If I do that, I will be the same size I was when I was in college!!

Though today, I wanted to write on a more serious note. On the top of my blog I am putting links to some foundations you can check out to help, if this touches your heart as well, but I wanted to create a list of all of the information I have been able to find on the internet about human trafficking. Please go through the information carefully, lovingly and with a humble heart. My prayer is that God will put it on your heart to help by donating money, volunteering, or simply spreading awareness.
