Making the great grand daddy of cakes...and I forgot the buttermilk....dumped the batter back into the bowl AFTER I had it in the pan starting to cook...hope it turns out all right or no cake for drama teachers tomorrow...Annnnd I successfully made a mess of my clean kitchen....AND made the best cake i've ever made in my life. Chocolate Midnight Cake with Fudge Cream Cheese frosting.
